APC fees for all accepted manuscripts will be fully covered by University of Science, Viet Nam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam, for regular periodical issues.

Publication Frequency: All accepted manuscripts will be available on the website as Online First versions. The final version of an accepted article will be located in an issue thereafter. This journal is published with one volume comprising four issues per year (March, June, September, and December)
